    About the area

Being less than two miles from Kingswinford and five miles from Dudley puts this development of new homes for sale in the West Midlands at the centre of an extensive selection of amenities, with shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and entertainments venues catering to every taste.

Merry Hill Shopping Centre is just three miles away from these West Midlands properties, where big-name brands, niche products, everyday items and special gifts can be snapped up at any one of over 230 stores, while food from across the globe can be enjoyed at more than 50 eateries.

Parents will appreciate that there’s a choice of primary and secondary schools located nearby.

The M5 and M6 motorways are just a short drive from home for convenient links throughout the Midlands and beyond.

Commuters will appreciate the convenient road links which connect the development of properties for sale in the West Midlands to the regions’ major urban centres, with the M5 and M6 motorways just a short drive from home for links further afield.

Acre upon acre of rolling parkland are on the doorstep at Himley Hall and Baggeridge Country Park, a renowned former brickworks which provides a reminder of the area’s rich natural resources and the industrial past which shaped the local landscape.

A wonderful selection of walking routes and beauty spots are close to home, such as Barrow Hill nature reserve – home of the Dudley Volcano – Kinver Edge, where heath-land walks lead to ancient troglodyte dwellings, and Woodgate Valley Country Park.

The Black Country Living Museum offers visitors a glimpse of the skills, trades and lives of those who lived through the Industrial Revolution, while other local attractions include Dudley Zoo and Castle, and the Crooked House pub. Meanwhile, to the south are the picturesque Malvern Hills, where Mallory prepared to scale Everest.

    From the North

Exit the M54 Junction 2 and head south on the A449 (Stafford Road) towards Wolverhampton. Upon entering Wolverhampton, turn right at the ring road junction onto the A4150 (Ring Road St. Peters). Follow the A449 for around 6 miles, taking the first exit at the roundabout at Wall Heath, and then taking the right hand turn onto the B4175 (Stallings Lane) heading towards Gornal Wood. Continue along this road until you reach the development.

    From the South

  • Personalise your home

    Style your new home

Did you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve. Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage.

Once you've chosen your optional extras, you can discuss the different ways you could pay for them with your Sales Executive. Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!

    Help to Buy

The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

Help to Buy is also available in conjunction with our easymover scheme, which means we could help you sell your existing home and pay your estate agent fees. Find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works.

Easymover is available here, which means you could reserve a new Taylor Wimpey home at this development - even if you haven't sold your existing property.

And that's not all. With easymover, we'll make your house move as stress free as possible. We'll liaise with your estate agent on your behalf, we'll pay their fees and we'll manage the whole house selling process - making your life so much easier! Take a look at our easymover page for more information.

Terms and conditions apply to the Easymover scheme.

    Part Exchange Plus

If you have a home to sell, Part Exchange Plus is perfect for you.

We'll make you an offer for your current property - based on independent valuations, and guaranteed for 6 weeks. In those 6 weeks, you can try to find a buyer who pays more - you can market the property at the same time as us, but are safe in the knowledge that you have got an offer from Taylor Wimpey.

If you find a buyer, great! The extra money is a bonus and all yours. AND we will still pay your estate agent's fees. Find our more about Part Exchange Plus.
