With many supermarkets located just a few miles away from Hawthorne Meadow, you’ll never need to worry about your weekly or daily shop. For those with families, pupils of all ages are well catered for, with a wide range of primary and secondary schools within a five mile proximity* of the development.

Hawthorne Meadow is well served by Nutbourne Rail Station, with easy access on foot via the pedestrian footpath. Nutbourne station provides regular services to Chichester taking just 8 minutes, and onward to London Victoria.

Alternatively London Waterloo can be reached via the regular service to Havant. Together with road access via the A259 to the A27 and onward to the M27 and A3(M) getting out and about from Hawthorne Meadow couldn’t be easier.

Several local pubs and restaurants also lie within approximately three miles of Hawthorne Meadow, serving everything from local fayre to foreign cuisine. The renowned harbour side villages of Bosham and Emsworth are within a few miles and offer excellent sailing facilities, beautiful walks and dedicated cycle tracks.

If you wish to venture further afield from quiet village life, Chichester is located just 6.5 miles to the east of Hambrook. With a rich cultural scene, the City offers excellent shopping from boutiques to high street names and leisure facilities, including the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Not to mention the opportunity to explore its breathtaking 12th Century Cathedral and unique harbour, which is a haven for wildlife.
