About the area
Hambrook itself offers its own post office and local stores. With many supermarkets located just a few miles away from Kiln Walk, you’ll never need to worry about your weekly or daily shop. For those with families, pupils of all ages are well catered for, with a wide range of primary and secondary schools within a five mile proximity* of the development.
Kiln Walk is well served by Nutbourne Rail Station, with easy access on foot via the pedestrian footpath. Nutbourne station provides regular services to Chichester taking just 8 minutes, and onward to London Victoria.
Alternatively London Waterloo can be reached via the regular service to Havant. Together with road access via the A259 to the A27 and onward to the M27 and A3(M) getting out and about from Kiln Walk couldn’t be easier.
Several local pubs and restaurants also lie within approximately three miles of Kiln Walk, serving everything from local fayre to foreign cuisine. The renowned harbour side villages of Bosham and Emsworth are within a few miles and offer excellent sailing facilities, beautiful walks and dedicated cycle tracks.
If you wish to venture further afield from quiet village life, Chichester is located just 6.5 miles to the east of Hambrook. With a rich cultural scene, the City offers excellent shopping from boutiques to high street names and leisure facilities, including the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Not to mention the opportunity to explore its breathtaking 12th Century Cathedral and unique harbour, which is a haven for wildlife. With festivals and events throughout the year, including the Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed, you’re sure to enjoy everything this beautiful location has to offer.

How to find us at Kiln Walk
From the Chichester bypass/A27:
Head west on the Chichester bypass/A27 until you get to the Fishbourne roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Fishbourne Road A259, signposted to Bosham/Fishbourne. Continue through Fishbourne following the A259 for 2.2 miles. You will cross one roundabout, after which, continue for approximately 1.2 miles. Go though the traffic lights, then turn right onto Broad Road and left after the railway crossing into Kiln Drive and the development can be found on the left.
From the M27:
Head south east on the M27 towards Exit 11. At Exit 11 continue onto the A27, taking the exit towards Emsworth (A259) also signposted Westbourne/Southbourne. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Havant Road/A259, heading to Emsworth. Continue through Emsworth, following the A259 for approximately 1.5 miles, crossing 2 roundabouts. Head towards Southbourne and at the mini roundabout go straight over. Continue for 1 mile, until you see the Barleycorn Public House on your right hand side. Turn immediately left onto Broad Road, continue over the railway crossing and turn left into Kiln Drive and the development can be found on the left.
