Update: Improvement works to Church Road

As part of the approved planning permission for our new Milward Gardens development, we are required to carry out major improvement works to Church Road, which commenced on 27th March 2017.

    Webheath road closure

Our amended diversion plan following feedback received from out publicconsultation.

These works will result in the closure of a section of Church Road for three months, although access will be maintained to existing properties at all times, with diversion routes in place. The works are being undertaken by our specialist contractor, Westpoint Construction.

In order to keep local residents informed about these works, we held a public drop-in session at St Philips Church on Church Road on 2nd March. This was attended by representatives of both constructors for this consortium site – Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Homes – as well as Westpoint Construction, who were on hand to answer any queries.

If you have any questions related to these improvement works, please email churchroad@webbpr.net.

    Help to Buy

The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

Help to Buy is also available in conjunction with our easymover scheme, which means we could help you sell your existing home and pay your estate agent fees. Find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works.

This development is managed by the North Midlands Taylor Wimpey regional office
