We welcome first residents to Lygon Green


Emma Surtees (38), Jose Nevado (37) and Laurie (8) were excited to join the new community at Lygon Green, as they became the first residents to move onto the site.


Emma and Jose were looking to make the move as they wanted to be closer to a city and its amenities, however what they didn't expect to find at Lygon Green was the perfect balance of rural and cit living.


Emma said: "We find that we go out a lot more on the weekends now as there are so many more options of things to do as a family." She added: "I would have to say my favourite room in the house is our living room. I love sitting on our sofa and looking out at the Malvern Hills with the most amazing sunset backdrops."
