About the development

Lygon Green is a traditionally constructed development, enjoying a countryside setting on the southern edge of Kempsey village. The elevations are mainly red brick, with feature rendered homes on prominent corners. Some homes have PV panels and electric vehicle charging points. There is a generous amount of open space within the site, with many properties having views out towards the River Severn and Malvern Hills. There will be a play area, and paths linking through the site to public footpaths and the village, with its many amenities.
