A house is more than just a home, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. That’s why we’re invested in building communities that support local businesses, provide much needed facilities for the area and bring people together.
To support the growing community in Worcester, we’ll be providing £1,056,000 towards education services. As well as, over £188,000 will be given towards the provision of open spaces in the city centre, and a further £500,000 towards the improvement of cycle routes within Worcester, with cycle lanes and a new bike stand at the nearby train station.
Taylor Wimpey helps couple secure their first home
Robyn Hewings, and her partner Samuel Preston, both 27, were over the moon when their hunt for their first home together led them to a spacious three-bedroom house at one of Taylor Wimpey’s developments.
After visiting many other properties and developments, Robyn and Samuel fell in love with the three-bedroom Easedale housetype.
Commenting on their decision to purchase the Easedale, Robyn said: “As soon as we saw the Easedale house type, we knew it was absolutely perfect for us. The open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors, the large staircase and the spacious hallway, as well as the stunning bay window in the living room, was everything we had hoped for and more."
Robyn added: “We were very careful in choosing our developer and did a lot of research prior to viewing any homes. Buying with Taylor Wimpey was an absolute dream, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We were always kept in the loop and made aware of any changes, and overall it was just such an exciting time for us from choosing our kitchen and bathrooms in the options meeting, to meeting the site manager and seeing the build of our home progressing at every stage.”
