    Our site benefits from a signed Section 75 agreement which makes sure that financial contributions are made to Glasgow City Council on completion of new homes on this development. These contributions will be paid into the Broomhouse, Ballieston and Carmyle Community Growth Fund which is managed by Glasgow City Council. Under the terms of this agreement the funds are earmarked for community benefits including an indoor and outdoor sports hub, a bridge over the railway line to the north-east of the wider site, a new library or improvements to the existing facilities, and car parking at Ballieston Station.
