    Did you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

    Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

    You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve. Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage.

    Once you've chosen your optional extras, you can discuss the different ways you could pay for them with your Sales Executive. Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!

    Help to Buy (Scotland)

    The Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Communities and Pensioners’ Rights, Mr Neil, launched the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme on 21 January 2016.

    You'll need to contribute a minimum 85% of the purchase price of a home through a combination of a mortgage and your deposit. You'll be able to obtain assistance from the Scottish Government of up to a maximum of 15% of the purchase price. The Scottish Government equity stake will be by way of shared equity agreement and second-ranking.

    The maximum prices for the Help to Buy properties are as follows:

    • For financial year 2016/17 for transactions completing up to 31 March 2017, the threshold price is £230,000;
    • For financial year 2017/18 for transactions completing up to 31 March 2018, the threshold price is £200,000;
    • For financial year 2018/19 for transactions completing up to 31 March 2019, the threshold price is £175,000;

    Help to Buy

    The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

    With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

    MI New Home

    Get a 95% mortgage with the MI New Home scheme at this development. With MI New Home, you’ll only need to put down 5% deposit to buy a new home worth up to £250,000.
