    Location, location, location is a phrase that can apply to villages as well as houses – and the village of Bishopton certainly has a fine location.

    It’s just 24 minutes by train to powerhouse Glasgow from Bishopton’s own railway station, while poetic Loch Lomond and the beautiful sandy beach at Lunderston Bay are both within 20 miles.

    And it gets better; the new homes at Bishopton are just five miles from Glasgow International Airport, bringing the world within reach. But there’s plenty on the doorstep too – the village has shops for day-to-day living, pubs and a local primary school. Bishopton itself enjoys a peaceful and idyllic location near the Clyde coastline, just a short distance over the Erskine Bridge and boasts spectacular views across some of west coast Scotland's most stunning landscapes.

  • Personalise your home

    Style your new home.

    Did you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

    Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

    You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings besides. And because we build many options in as we construct your new home, you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve. Your Sales Executive will tell you the options available to you at each stage.

    Once you've chosen your optional extras, you can discuss the different ways you could pay for them with your Sales Executive. Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!

    Optional extras and upgrades can be purchased at your options meeting. *Subject to build stage, please check with your Sales Executive.

    Help to Buy (Scotland)

    The Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Communities and Pensioners’ Rights, Mr Neil, launched the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme on 21 January 2016.

    You'll need to contribute a minimum 85% of the purchase price of a home through a combination of a mortgage and your deposit. You'll be able to obtain assistance from the Scottish Government of up to a maximum of 15% of the purchase price. The Scottish Government equity stake will be by way of shared equity agreement and second-ranking.

    The maximum prices for the Help to Buy properties are as follows:

    • For financial year 2017/18 for transactions completing up to 31 March 2018, the threshold price is £200,000;
    • For financial year 2018/19 for transactions completing up to 31 March 2019, the threshold price will now remain at £200,000;

    The scheme will accept applications from applicants from 1st March 2016 onwards.
