    From the M4 (heading Westbound)

    Leave the M4 at Junction 48, then at T-junction turn left onto the A4138 (Pontardulai Road) towards Llanelli. Continue along the A4138 (through 4 roundabouts.) for 4.1 miles, then at the Trostre Roundabout/A484, take the 5th exit onto A484. Continue straight on at the next roundabout and then at the Swansea Castle Roundabout, take the 4th exit and stay on A484 signposted Camarthen. At the traffic lights continue forward on the A484, signposted Camarthen, for a further 0.6 miles. At Sandy Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sandy Road/A484 and continue for 0.2 miles. Turn right into Maes y Coed and the development is straight ahead.


    Shoppers will enjoy a wide variety of high street and independent stores, many located within the St Elli Centre with more - including BHS, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, B & Q and a Tesco Extra - at the Parc Trostre out of town retail park. There's a popular indoor market and at the newly built Parc Pemberton there's a Morrisons store. When it's time for refreshment, Llanelli has a host of good pubs and restaurants for you to choose from.

    Llanelli has good schools for all ages, several within a mile of the development and there are some where Welsh is the first language. Travel in and around the area is facilitated by excellent road and rail links with the M4 reached via the A4138. Trains from the local station are on the West Wales line for Fishguard and Swansea as well as the Heart of Wales line for Mid-Wales and Shrewsbury.
