    Starting from Newport City Centre, head north-west on the A4042 and continue on the A4042. At the next two roundabouts, take the first exit and stay on the A4042. The next two roundabouts, take the second exit onto Cwmbran Dr/A4051. At the next two roundabouts, take the first exit and stay on Greenforge Way. Take the second exit at the next roundabout onto Greenmeadow Way. Continue along this road and the development is on the left.

    Pontypool to Parc Celyn

    Head East on the A472. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto the A4042. Take the third exit at the next roundabout onto the A4051. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Cwmbran Drive/A4051. Go through thr next roundabout. Take the third exit at the next roundabout onto Cwmbran Drive, followed by the first exit on the next roundabout onto Maendy Way. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Springvale Way. Take the second exit on the next roundabout onto Greenforge Way. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Greenmeadow Way. Continue on this road and the development will be on your left.

    Nearby Greenmeadow Community Farm offers a great family day out. Set in over 120 acres, the farm is home to a wide range of pedigree and rare breed animals which you can meet up close. Daily activities include milking demonstrations and tractor and trailer rides and there are lots of additional activities during school holidays, as well as seasonal events throughout the year. Families will appreciate the good schools in the area, with provision for all ages within walking distance.

    Within a few miles of Parc Celyn you will find a wide choice of sporting and leisure facilities. The Cwmbran Stadium is famous for international athletics events, as well as hosting the local football and hockey clubs, and a swimming pool. There are several gyms and fitness centres in town, and golf at Pontnewydd Golf Club and Greenmeadow Golf and Country Club.

    Just six miles away is the multi-level Friars Walk shopping centre and leisure complex in Newport, opened in 2015.

    Commuting to Newport (6 miles), Cardiff (18 miles) or further afield is fast and easy. By car, the M4 Motorway (J25) is 4 miles away via the A4051, allowing fast journeys to Bristol (45 minutes) and on to London (2.5 hours). By train, Cwmbran station is just 1.7 miles from home, with regular trains to Newport (10 mins) and Cardiff (27 mins). There are dozens of bus stops close to Parc Celyn, with regular services into Cwmbran, Newport, Cardiff and around the region. The nearest airport is Cardiff International (30 miles).*
