When you visit a new homes development it can sometimes be hard to picture the finished product if it’s yet to be built.
Floor plans of new homes, computer-generated images and a map or a scale model of a development are great for getting an insight into how a new community will turn out before a brick has been laid – but nothing can beat seeing the real thing.
Or can it?
Bringing the neighbourhood to life
At our Chobham Manor development on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, east London, we’ve harnessed pioneering digital technology to bring the neighbourhood to life for home-hunters, before anything has been built.
Our digital VUITNOW tool allows visitors to the Sales and Marketing Suite to use a 100-inch touch table, smaller touch screens and iPads to take a virtual 3D tour of Chobham Manor, the wider Park and browse the homes for sale.
This clever bit of kit also lets you save and compare floorplans of the new homes, email screenshots to yourself and even see the view each property will benefit from.
And the best part is, you don’t need to be a tech-head to use VUITNOW – it’s so intuitive, even your granny will instantly get the hang of it!
Visualising the sights
While work on the new homes at Chobham Manor has only recently started, there’s plenty of non-virtual sights to savour nearby – including the Lee Valley VeloPark which is next door to the development.
And if you step outside of the Sales and Marketing Suite you are directly in front of the beautifully landscaped open spaces of the North Park. Take a left, and you’ll be just a few minutes’ stroll away from the Olympic Stadium, Aquatics Centre and Westfield Stratford City shopping centre.
It’s such an amazing location, you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’re still in a virtual world!
