Our Site Manager Andy Shaw has already been named regional
champion in the NHBC (National House-
Building Council) Pride in the Job Awards. Now he's gone one better, by scooping a
national prize for his work at Diglis
Water in Worcester.
Andy was announced as runner-up in the Multi-Storey
Builder category at the NHBC national Supreme Awards
ceremony held in London last month.
The award recognises his dedication to building high quality

Having begun his career as a joiner in 1980 before moving
into management in 2000, Andy puts his success down to
his attention to detail and a drive to please his customers
– as well as great teamwork at Diglis Water.
He says: “It’s absolutely fantastic to have won the national
runner-up prize – it’s been an amazing year for me.
“I’m so proud to be working at this incredible development.
Although the award has got my name on it, it’s really
thanks to all the hard work of everyone on site at
Diglis Water that has made this possible and I’d like to
congratulate them all.”
