    We are delighted to announce that we have secured planning permission from Renfrewshire Council for the provision of 110 new homes through the development of land at the former Johnstone Hospital site on Bridge of Weir Road in Linwood

    The 9.97 acre brownfield site in Linwood represents a significant investment in the local area by Taylor Wimpey West Scotland.  Brooklands will deliver an impressive range of three and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to a wide range of customers. 
     
    As well as a good choice of family homes, Brooklands will include the creation of recreational space, a new footpath link, as well as the associated infrastructure needed for a development of this nature.
