Oxfordshire property-seekers hunting for their dream place can buy with confidence at our Arberry Hill development in Banbury, which offers brand new homes from an award-winning Site Manager!
Ross Graves, Site Manager at Arberry Hill, has been awarded the NHBC (National House-Building Council) Pride in the Job Quality Award for his work at his previous development, Launton Gate in Bicester, which is completely sold out.
These awards are presented following a stringent judging process by NHBC inspectors who perform spot checks and continuous assessment of developments throughout the year.
The award recognises Ross’s dedication to building high-quality homes for new homebuyers and provides purchasers with the assurance that the development provides top-quality homes and excellent customer service.
With the prestigious industry gong under his belt, Ross is now determined to be in the running for another award next year for his and his team’s work at Arberry Hill.
Ross said: “I’m delighted to have won a Quality Award – it’s a great honour not just for me but the whole team who worked with me at Launton Gate, which was an exclusive collection of just 23 homes.
“The team all worked incredibly hard and took great pride in ensuring that the homes we built were completed to the highest possible standards.
“I am now demanding the same high standards from my team here at Arberry Hill, which is a similar scale development to Launton Gate, comprising just 27 new homes – it will be a truly special place to call home.”
Tim Betts, Managing Director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, added: “We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service and we continue to be an NHBC award-winning housebuilder year after year. Ross’s Quality Award is thoroughly deserved and we’ll be supporting him as he progresses through to the regional heats and hopefully to the grand final in London.
“In the meantime, purchasers at Arberry Hill can take great satisfaction in knowing their new home will be built under the supervision of an award-winning Site Manager!”
Pride in the Job is the only UK-wide awards scheme that recognises the significant contribution of Site Managers who achieve the highest standards in new home construction.
The scheme has been instrumental in raising the build quality of new homes in the UK for over three decades. The regional events take place in the autumn, whilst the Supreme Awards gala final will be held in London in January 2015.
