Five of our East Anglia site managers have been recognised for their dedication to quality housebuilding with a top industry award.
Adrian Allen from Varsity Grange in Northstowe, Brian Clarke from Kingsbrook Place in Elmswell, Dale Smith from Northfield View in Stowmarket, Shaun Taylor from Lark Grange in Bury St Edmunds and Shane Janse Van Vuuren from Heather Gardens in Hethersett have been awarded with a National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Award.
The awards recognise an individual’s dedication to building high-quality homes and are presented following a rigorous judging process by NHBC inspectors. This includes assessing the developments throughout the year, giving homebuyers the assurance that our developments provide top-quality homes and excellent customer service.
Hayden Dolby, Managing Director of Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “We are delighted to have five Quality Award winners this year. It’s a fantastic honour for each of the site managers, but also speaks volumes of the work that our site teams do across our developments. Their dedication ensures that we continue to be an NHBC award-winning housebuilder year after year.
“Our site managers’s Quality Awards are all thoroughly deserved and we’ll be supporting them as they progress through to the regional stage, then hopefully to the grand final later this year.”
NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award winner, Shane Janse Van Vuuren, said: “It feels amazing to be recognised by the NHBC for the third year running. This is a true reflection of the whole team at Heather Gardens and our commitment to building high-quality new homes for our customers.”
Commenting on this year’s win, Dale Smith said: “I am delighted to have won a prestigious Pride in the Job Award. We aim to ensure quality in everything that we do and take great pride in ensuring that the homes we build are completed to the highest possible standards. I am extremely proud of the whole team for their hard work to provide only the very best for our customers.”
