wTWEA - Taylor Wimpey - Grosvenor Park - Attleborough Community Award

Our regional business Taylor Wimpey East Anglia has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of its valuable contributions to the town of Attleborough, Norfolk.

The award was presented to Steve Fulcher, Senior Site Manager at our Grosvenor Park development, by the Town Mayor Cllr Karen Pettitt at this year’s Attleborough Community Awards ceremony.

Steve says: “We’ve become an important part of the local Attleborough community as Grosvenor Park takes shape, and it’s fantastic to have been recognised for our contribution to the town with this award.

“Before we started work, there were some concerns raised about the development, but I feel we’ve been able to win people round by making sure we keep them informed about what’s taking place. We place a great deal of importance on our relationship with local people and are registered with the Considerate Constructors scheme.

“We’ve also been happy to help with various community projects – our groundworks team is going to help build a ramp to provide disabled access to a Nissen hut which is used for various community groups and events, for example, and we’re providing some extra top soil for the local graveyard.

“We also had a dress-up day recently too, with staff paying £5 to dress up or £10 as a forfeit – and are donating the proceeds to the local special school.”

There’s a choice of three, four and five-bedroom properties currently on sale at Grosvenor Park.
