We are thrilled to announce that our popular Cunningham Grange development in St Helens, Merseyside, has been shortlisted for two of the prestigious Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards 2015.
The development has been nominated for the ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development,’ while Site Manager Andy Rigby has also been announced as a finalist in the renowned ‘Site Supervisor of the Year’ category.
Andy comments: “I’m thrilled to be recognised for all of our hard work on Cunningham Grange in the LABC Building Excellence Awards for this year.
“The development has been a success – which is testament to its popular location and the range of designs that have been available for a whole host of buyers. This has included everything from two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom, detached designs.”
The LABC Building Excellence Awards ceremony is due take place at the Macron Stadium in Bolton on Friday 8th May – and will recognise outstanding skills in a variety of areas, including technical innovation, sustainability and high performance.
