A Taylor Wimpey East Midlands Site Manager based in Derbyshire is celebrating after achieving a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Senior Construction Management, earning him the potential to become a member of a leading construction industry body.

Gaining his qualification now means that Dave Holland, Site Manager at our Briars Chase development in Ilkeston, will be able to progress to become a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Dominic Harman, Managing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, says: “I’d like to congratulate Dave on passing his Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Senior Construction Management and moving towards his Chartered Builder status of the CIOB.

“As a leading housebuilder, we are committed to delivering five-star levels of build quality and customer service, and this commitment is demonstrated through the hard work and support we give to our staff to strive to achieve the highest standards professionally.

“Dave’s Taylor Wimpey home building experience, now backed by his professional qualification, also shows that careers within Taylor Wimpey are extremely rewarding and fulfilling, and provide real opportunities for individual personal development.

“Dave is just one of our many award-winning Site Managers, with two successive NHBC Pride in the Job awards at Briars Chase, and we are deeply proud of him reaching another milestone in his successful career with Taylor Wimpey.”
