The team at Osiers Square in Wandsworth is celebrating after receiving a top score of 6 in the latest Construction Quality Review (CQR) of the development.
The Construction Quality Review is an independent quality check which is carried out at key stages throughout the build process and is measured by the National House Building Council (NHBC). A score of 6 is the highest possible and is awarded in recognition of the very best in build quality.
Henry Jarvis, Senior Site Manager at Osiers Square said: “Taylor Wimpey is an industry leader in build quality and we’re proud to have the highest build quality score of any large housebuilder as measured across all of our developments. The team at Osiers Square work extremely hard to finish our homes to the highest standards and deliver homes that our customers can be proud of and this fantastic score is testament to that.”
John McEntee, Production Manager at Osiers Square, adds: “The whole team at Osiers Square is committed to ensuring the homes we build are the best they can be and we’re delighted to have achieved a top score in our latest Construction Quality Review.”
