We’re thrilled to announce that our Bristol Site Manager, Mark Damerell, has won a prestigious national housebuilding award.
Mark, who is site manager at our Weavers Gate development in Melksham, Wiltshire, has been named a Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence winner by the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
His latest achievement comes after he was awarded an NHBC Quality Award in recognition of his outstanding commitment to building high-quality new homes and maintaining exceptional standards in every aspect of building work.
Mark says: “I can’t wish to be in a better industry, feeling proud to hand over quality homes. Winning this award is the best feeling a site manager can have.”
Jim Lyons, NHBC Regional Director, says: “Now in its 34th year, the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are the most sought-after accolades in the industry, recognising site managers that build high-quality homes.
"Site managers play a critical role in delivering any project, being responsible for overseeing everything that happens on site from start to finish.
“Mark is building homes of a very high standard, and is a worthy Seal of Excellence recipient. Anyone buying a home built by one of our winners can do so with confidence in its workmanship and quality.”
The Seal of Excellence is one of the top honours handed out by the NHBC each year in recognition of outstanding commitment to producing high-quality new homes and to maintaining exceptional standards in every aspect of building work.
The recipients are whittled down from the year’s Quality Award winners who, in turn, are chosen from more than 15,000 Site Managers running sites up and down the UK.
There’s a selection of four and five-bedroom homes currently available at Weavers Gate.
