Following his NHBC Quality Award earlier this year, Rob Dennant (38), site manager at the Warwick Chase new build development in Warwickshire, is celebrating after scooping one of the highest accolades in the region at the recent NHBC Pride In The Job Awards held at the ICC in Birmingham.
Rob beat 2,500 competitors in the West Midlands to receive the award for ‘Best Large Development’ - his fifth NHBC award since he started his construction career 22 years ago. He has been in site management for over ten years, with the last seven working for Taylor Wimpey (formerly Bryant Homes).
Rob said: “Winning this award is a highlight in my year and something my team and I are extremely proud of. The NHBC is the construction industry’s professional body so receiving this award, plus the Quality and Seal of Excellence awards, is recognition of our continued hard work and dedication at Warwick Chase. Without my team’s commitment and devotion to the work we do, and the quality of homes we build, the NHBC awards we’ve received this year would not have been possible.”
The award recognises Rob’s success in managing Bryant Homes’ Warwick Chase development as well as demonstrating Taylor Wimpey’s commitment to constructing top quality homes and its continued dedication to exceeding buyers’ expectations.
Phil Whipps, production director, said: “This is the highest accolade we could have won in our region and tops off a fantastic year of award wins for us. Over the last four years building under the Bryant Homes brand we have clocked up an impressive 26 Pride in the Job awards, which is testament to the company’s consistently high standards and build quality.”
