The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has recently announced that our customer satisfaction has received a five star rating. The award comes following an independent survey of new homebuyers in which over 90% of our customers stated that they would recommend us to a friend.
New homebuyers were asked to give feedback on the quality of their new home and the customer service they received. This five star builder rating demonstrates our commitment to putting customers first and building homes which are right first time.
Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman at the HBF, said: “Getting a positive endorsement from the people who buy and live in the homes they build has to be the number one priority for a successful home builder. A five-star rating demonstrates quite clearly that the processes and culture put in place to achieve this are being implemented effectively across the business. Delivering such high levels of customer satisfaction should provide customers with real confidence in the company and the homes that they build.”
