Go through the keyhole at our Open House event in Strathaven

Date: Thursday 01 March 2018

TWWS - Avondale Gardens - Open House

Our West Scotland Region has given house-hunters in Strathaven the chance to go through the keyhole as it opens the doors to a number of new homes that are available for sale now at our Avondale Gardens development off Glassford Road in Strathaven.

During normal development opening hours (11am-5.30pm) on Saturday 10 March and Sunday 11 March, prospective buyers will have the chance to view a trio of four bedroom detached viewhomes - the Hume, Stewart and Geddes, as well as the Wallace five bedroom detached viewhome.  These homes are all available and ready to move into right now, which signals a great opportunity for buyers to make their move to a new home sooner rather than later.

During the Open House event, buyers interested in this range of stylish new homes can take advantage of a range of incentives, which aim to help buyers to get on the move.  These include 100% part exchange, 5% mortgage deposit contribution up to £16,400, free flooring, turf, fencing and a fully integrated kitchen.

To offer a further helping hand, an independent financial advisor will be available between 1pm-3pm each day to offer buyers free independent financial advice to help them make some informed choices about buying a new home.

Audrey Ross, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland comments: “Our Open House events are a great opportunity for prospective buyers to walk around the inside of the actual new home they could be calling their own.

“We’ve found this type of event is really helpful for buyers who can’t visualise what a property will look like from a floor plan, or they can’t interpret what their new home may look like from a visit to our showhomes.   Of course,  our showhomes are always on hand to inspire buyers and showcase the lifestyle they could be enjoying at Avondale Gardens.

“An Open House event simply allows buyers to step inside a new home that would normally be unseen and this means they can get a real feel for the actual layout of the house, its position on the development and decide whether it fits their requirements.

“For buyers considering a new home at Avondale Gardens, this event will give them a great opportunity to visit a range of new homes to get a sense of where they feel most at home.”
