Aspiring homebuyers looking for advice and information before they move to a new home can take the opportunity to ‘Meet the Experts’ at an event being hosted at our Almond Park development, located off Pinkie Road in Musselburgh, East Lothian.
This free and informal drop-in event will offer potential purchasers a chance to discover more about the help that’s available to get them on the move to a new home.
The ‘Meet the Experts’ event will run from 12pm to 4pm on Sunday 12th April and buyers will have access to an Independent Financial Advisor who can provide a financial health check to see how buyers can make their move affordable.
Our own team will also be on hand to offer advice on our Part Exchange and easymover offers, as well as the Government-backed Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme.
The choice of different schemes and their availability can be bewildering for buyers regardless of where they are on the property ladder. This event is designed to help purchasers find their path to a new home without any stress or worry, whilst having the chance to take advantage of the best incentives that suit their circumstances.
Karen Armstrong, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, says: “People still want to move to a new home but are sometimes worried about getting the right mortgage deal or don’t want the hassle of selling their property.
“Plus there’s so much information available on different incentive schemes that buyers can feel overwhelmed, on top of the worry of all the additional fees and costs associated with moving house.
“Through our free ‘Meet the Experts’ event we will bring together the people that buyers need to chat to in a friendly and informal environment – making the whole prospect of buying and moving to a new home stress-free.”
Our experts will be available at Almond Park in Musselburgh on Sunday 12th April between 12pm and 4pm. For more information call 0131 603 5396.
Almond Park currently has a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale.
