Our North Yorkshire team are celebrating as five of its Site Managers received prestigious Pride in the Job Awards at the National House Building Council (NHBC) 2017 Awards.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards is the only UK-wide competition dedicated to recognising Site Managers who achieve the highest standards in house building. It has been instrumental in raising the quality of new homes for the past 37 years.
Morley Carr Farm Site Manager, Paul McLachlan, made it through three rounds of judging before being crowned one of the two winners of the sought-after North East Regional Award, which is granted to those who are considered to have produced the best quality homes in the region.
Lloyd Parkinson, from Wynyard Manor and Andy Garbutt from Galley Hill, received the Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Awards. Meanwhile, Graeme Arnott from Sadlers View and Andy Palmer from Annandale Park, took home Pride in the Job Quality Awards.
Mark Leigh, Managing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, said: “Our team take incredible pride in their work, so it’s fantastic to see five of our site managers get rewarded for their hard work and dedication to their jobs. “For many of our winners, this is not the first time the NHBC has shone a spotlight on them, so we are delighted to see them get awarded for going above and beyond to deliver quality homes and the very best customer service.
We’re extremely proud of the efforts of every single member of the Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire team, all of whom help us to remain an NHBC award-winning housebuilder.”
