Taylor Wimpey supported National New Homes Week ’09 across both its Bryant Homes and George Wimpey brands this year, encouraging prospective buyers to visit any of their 35 Scottish developments to find out more about the benefits of buying a new home.
As part of this initiative, and in addition to offering buyers advice, support and guidance on how to get on the move to a new home, the company made a generous £50 charitable donation to charity with every reservation made during the promotional period of the campaign.
On reservation, customers will be asked to nominate their chosen charity and the company will ensure they receive their cash when the client legally completes on their new home.
Getting involved in New Homes Week ’09 was an opportunity to remind customers of the many benefits of buying new as Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland added: “When you combine the benefits of low maintenance, energy efficiencies, stylish, modern and practical interiors, with the added assistance that Taylor Wimpey can offer its customers through popular schemes such as Easymover, Marketmover, DepositMatch or part-exchange – buying a new home offers prospective buyers so many advantages, as well as access to our extensive and unrivalled industry support and knowledge.
“Plus to mark National New Homes Week, we wanted to take the opportunity to give a little helping hand to charities that are close to our customers’ hearts so for every reservation taken during the campaign, we’ve made a £50 charitable donation to their nominated charity which is payble on legal completion of their property.”
