New home buyers are set to get a welcome boost thanks to an autumn roll-out of the popular ‘Ask the Experts’ events from Taylor Wimpey West Scotland.
‘Ask the Experts’ events, will run from 12noon-4pm on Saturday 29 September at Wester Grove in Bathgate and Victoria Gardens in Airdrie.
As well as Taylor Wimpey advisors who will be on-hand to give support on selling your current home, or indeed helpful advice on how to take those first steps onto the property ladder, visitors can pick-up details of other Taylor Wimpey customer buying schemes including Part Exchange, shared equity, depositmatch and Easymover – and there’s access to an independent IFA who will be available for free financial advice.
Interested buyers can also find out more information about the newly-launched and Scottish Government supported MI New Home scheme which offers upto 95% loan to value mortgages on properties upto £250,000.
Audrey Ross, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “People still want to move home but are sometimes worried about getting the right mortgage deal or don’t want the hassle of selling their property, plus there’s the worry of all the additional fees and costs associated with moving house. Through our ‘Ask the Experts’ events, buyers can benefit from the expertise of Taylor Wimpey and its specially-selected team of advisors, plus save thousands of pounds, whatever their situation.”
