More than 50 visitors flocked to the launch of Taylor Wimpey’s luxury waterfront apartments at its Diglis Water development in Worcester at the weekend, keen to see for themselves the lifestyle they could be indulging in.
Guests enjoyed a champagne river cruise taking in the delights of Worcester whilst listening to music from All That Jazz, an up and coming talented jazz band while sampling delicious canapés.
Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: “We wanted to make a splash when we launched our stunning collection of waterside apartments and we certainly achieved it! We were thrilled to welcome so many guests aboard the ‘Pride of the Midlands’ and very much enjoyed the opportunity to show off how fabulous the views from our new homes will be. We’ve already sold one of the penthouses and don’t expect the apartments to be available for long; so if you dream of starting a fantastic new life beside the water then why not pop in to our marketing suite for a cup of coffee and a chat with our sales executives?”
The collection of 43 1, 2 and 3 bedroom new apartments will boast some of the best views in the area of both the riverside and waterfront park. Many are dual aspect with floor to ceiling windows designed to maximise the light and breathtaking views on offer. Hard wood decked balconies provide the perfect place to relax and soak in the surroundings with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.
