Our Sales Executive Emma Pike is looking forward to setting her alarm clock a little later, as she’s now working much closer to home!
Emma, who lives in Rhoose Village in the Vale of Glamorgan, has spent many years working in different locations far and wide across the Taylor Wimpey South Wales region, but for her latest assignment she’s come home – to our Channel Heights development at nearby Rhoose Point.
Emma’s working from a Sales Cabin on the site and is already enjoying a great deal of success, with six homes snapped up since the development opened at the end of September and several early bird reservations taken for plots in the future.
Sara Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma back to Rhoose to take charge of sales at this exciting new development.
“It’s always fantastic for our customers to have a local Sales Executive, especially if they’re looking to move into the area and want the inside track on what a place is really like to live. Emma’s customers can also make their purchase with the assurance that she likes Rhoose so much that she’s happy to live there!
There’s currently a selection of new three, four and five-bedroom homes currently available to reserve at Channel Heights.
