Our North Thames team has donated £500 to help fund an exciting new initiative organised by Buntingford Chamber of Commerce.
This new scheme will see a welcome pack given to incoming residents at our Knights Walk development in Buntingford, introducing them to the Hertfordshire town’s thriving community.
The packs will include an address from Buntingford’s mayor, information about organisations such as Buntingford Town Council, the Civic Society and the Heritage Society, as well as transport links, plus a business directory detailing the town’s varied selection of independent traders.
Buntingford Chamber of Commerce was granted funding from the town council for the scheme, as well as receiving sponsorship from us.
Toby Archer, Chairman of Buntingford Chamber of Commerce, says: “We are very grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their generous support for our welcome pack initiative, which we hope will be very useful for new residents moving into our wonderful town, as well as making them feel welcome here.
“The packs should be ready in mid March and it is our intention to deliver them personally to the new residents who are already living in their new homes, and then leave additional packs with the Taylor Wimpey sales team for distribution as new people move in.”
Christine Scarborough, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, says: “We are delighted to support this fantastic initiative to provide a wealth of useful information for people moving into a new home at Knights Walk.
“Buntingford is a fantastic place to live and the welcome pack shows just how much it has to offer residents old and new!”
There’s a selection of two, three and five-bedroom properties currently available at Knights Walk.
