Would be first time buyers have a unique opportunity in Macclesfield. The criteria for people looking to buy one of the affordable homes being offered by Taylor Wimpey Manchester at its Jasmine Park new build development has been relaxed.
This means that two bedroom apartments are now available to any potential buyer, priced from just £75,250.
Previously, would-be buyers had to meet a number of criteria before they were eligible to buy one of the homes.
Taylor Wimpey Manchester sales & marketing director Anthony Mansfield explains: “We’ve been working closely with Cheshire East Council on this development and I’m delighted that together we are now able to offer the affordable homes to as wide a range of potential buyers as possible.
“Taylor Wimpey is really breaking new ground for Macclesfield here. I believe it’s almost unheard of to be able to offer new homes in the town priced from just £75,250.”
However the company is also warning would be-buyers that time is of the essence if they wish to take advantage of the low prices being offered.
Anthony Mansfield continues:“There will only be a limited number of properties available through the scheme. Potential buyers do need to be in a position to proceed immediately with the purchase and it’s very much a case of first come first served.”
