Cadley Football Club in Preston has secured sponsorship from our North West team, in time for the 2015/16 season.
We have donated £500 to help provide the club’s U7s team with new training kit and hoodies, to keep the young players warm throughout the winter months.
Naison Chaparadza, U7s team manager at Cadley Football Club, says: “The junior teams can outgrow their kits quite quickly, and they can be expensive for the club to replace, so it’s great to have Taylor Wimpey’s support this season.
“This generous donation will enable us to provide 20 young players with fresh training kits for the next two years.”
Founded in 1987, Cadley Football Club currently has more than 400 players, spanning 23 teams for both boys and girls.
Sue Irving, Sales Manager at Taylor Wimpey North West, says: “Cadley Football Club is at the heart of the community, with young players being given the opportunity to develop and further their love of football.
“Helping to sustain local sports clubs located near to our developments is something we are very proud of, so we are delighted to lend our support. Our nearby Hayfield Park development in Cottam includes a number of homes suitable for families, so we are sure we will see some of our new residents joining the club soon!”
Naison concludes: “As a club playing at grass roots level, we rely on sponsors to help provide our young players with professional-looking kits year in year out. On behalf of everyone at the club, I would like to say a massive thank you to Taylor Wimpey for supporting us.”
There’s a superb range of three and four-bedroom homes currently available at Hayfield Park.
