We are pleased to announce that we have been able to give a cash boost to Middlesbrough’s Prissick Rovers Junior Football Club, enabling them to purchase brand new balls and training kits, as well as bench coats.

Dave Ramrehka, U15s manager at Prissick Rovers Junior FC, comments: “Running a football club is expensive and as our finances are often extremely stretched, donations like this are invaluable to our work.

“The money has been spent on necessities such as training kits and equipment, and the lads have been given a real boost knowing they have the backing of a national company – so we’re all incredibly grateful for the support.

“I would like to thank Taylor Wimpey for their generosity on behalf of the whole club – we hope this marks the start of a long and successful partnership.”

Prissick Rovers Junior FC was established in 2006 and is run entirely by volunteers, with the current U15s team sitting joint second in Division Three of the Under 15 league in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance (TJFA). The club is based at Macmillan Academy on Stockton Road.

Debbie Whittingham, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, comments: “Prissick Rovers Junior Football Club provides facilities for a number of youngsters across the region, and with our Scholars Rise development based just a short distance from the club, we jumped at the chance to help out.”

Scholars Rise currently features a variety of three and four bedroom homes.
