Our North West team prepared for the festive season at our popular Mulberry Place development in Tarporley, with a little help from the pupils of Tarporley CE Primary School.
The Reception class decked out the development with their hand-crafted decorations, which were hung on the Christmas tree in our sales office at Mulberry Place.
Kerry Forrester, Headteacher at Tarporley CE Primary School, says: “The children are full of joy and excitement as we get closer to Christmas, and participating in this wonderful community festive activity has really added an extra something at this very special time of year. They have done a fantastic job with their Christmas decorations and are very proud to have them displayed at the development.”
The pupils spent the day crafting their decorations and making Christmas treats with No6 tearooms, to share with parents, before visiting Mulberry Place to decorate the tree, sing carols and share their Christmas cakes and biscuits.
Stuart Craig, Sales Manager at Taylor Wimpey North West, says: “For a number of our residents at Mulberry Place this is the first Christmas in their new home, and we wanted to help them celebrate by spreading the festive feel.
“We also felt it was the perfect opportunity to showcase this wonderful close-knit community to prospective buyers in the area, which is why we asked Tarporley CE Primary School to get involved with the festivities and transform our sales area into a Christmas haven.”
We helped to spread the Christmas joy even further by supporting Tarporley Council with a £500 contribution towards the village Christmas lights.
Stuart concludes: “A big thank you goes out to the pupils of Tarporley Primary who really have brought Christmas to life at our Mulberry Place development.”
Mulberry Place currently features a range of four and five-bedroom homes.
