We have donated high-visibility vests to pupils in the Gloucestershire village of Coaley to help keep them safe on school trips.
Our Bristol team – which is currently building high-quality homes at The Halt development in Cam – donated 76 reflective vests to Coaley C of E Primary School to help raise awareness of road safety.
Pupils enjoy a number of excursions to various locations within walking distance of the school, and there’s a range of upcoming school trips that will benefit from pupils wearing the vests, which will bear both the school and Taylor Wimpey logos.
Mrs Suzette Kearns, Headteacher at Coaley C of E Primary School, says: “We are delighted that Taylor Wimpey have provided us with our new reflective vests. It is essential that all of our children are safe when they are out and about in the community and having the support of Taylor Wimpey in our campaign has been paramount.”
Charlie Joseph, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Bristol, says: “We are committed to supporting the communities in which we build our high-quality new homes, which is why we decided to donate high-visibility vests to pupils at Coaley Primary School.
“We hope that our donation will help to keep the children safe during their school trips in and around the village, and we’re delighted to hear that the vests will be used as a way of showing the pupils just how important road safety is.”
There’s a superb selection of four and five‑bedroom homes currently available at The Halt.
