Youngsters at a primary school in Cambridgeshire are helping us to make moving day even more special for our customers – by creating colourful welcome cards for homebuyers.
Our East Anglia team challenged pupils at The Vine Inter-Church Primary School in Upper Cambourne to show off their artistic abilities in a special competition to design a welcoming message for new residents at our Taylor Wimpey at Cambourne development.
The winning entry was created by Year 4 pupil Emma, whose design will now be turned into a ‘Welcome to Your New Home’ card for our customers.
Emma has also been rewarded for her fantastic effort with a £30 book token, while runners-up Louisa and Harrison have been handed prizes of £20 and £10 vouchers respectively.
Caroline Carter, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, says: “We do everything we can to make our customers feel happy and comfortable in their new Taylor Wimpey homes, and we’re delighted that pupils at The Vine Inter-Church Primary School have helped us to make moving day even more special for homebuyers at Taylor Wimpey at Cambourne.
“All the children’s designs were really impressive and it was certainly a tricky job trying to pick a winner. We’d like to congratulate our three prize-winners and say thank you to everyone who took part for their fantastic work.”
There’s a fantastic range of high-quality two, three, four and five-bedroom homes currently available at Taylor Wimpey at Cambourne.
