We are thrilled to announce that we will be the 2015/2016 sponsor of Sandbach-based Elworth Cricket Club’s U9s team.

The club, which is just minutes from our forthcoming Albion Lock development, has received a cash boost from our regional business at Taylor Wimpey Manchester in order to invest in brand new kits for the coming season.

David Buckley, chairman at Elworth Cricket Club, comments: “We are just a short distance from Taylor Wimpey’s new Albion Lock development and we were delighted when they got in touch to offer their support.

“Cricket is very much at the heart of the Sandbach community, and not only do we provide a facility for children in the area but sports, like cricket, are vital in maintaining good health.”

Elworth Cricket Club is based on London Road and has five teams in its junior division, ranging from U9s right up to U18s.

Chloe Dunn, Associate Sales Director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, explains: “It’s clear that Elworth Cricket Club is an integral part of the community, so we are thrilled to be the sponsors of their U9s team.

“The new kits look great and we hope they bring the team the best of luck for the coming season.”

David concludes: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Taylor Wimpey for their generous donation. We hope this marks the start of a long and successful relationship with the company.”

Our Albion Lock development is due to launch this summer and will feature a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, with a mix of apartments, mews, semi-detached and detached designs.
