Our Exeter team is helping to provide new books for an Exeter primary school’s library after donating vouchers worth £100.

The team at the Riverside Walk development, off Wear Barton Road, made the donation to the nearby Countess Wear Community School earlier this year as part of their ongoing community support programme.

The vouchers will be used to buy a range of new books for pupils to enjoy during the summer term.

Rachel Pattison, Headteacher at Countess Wear Community School, said: “We are very grateful to Taylor Wimpey for donating these vouchers to help us stock our library. With pupils now back in school we are looking forward to adding some new books for the children to enjoy.”

Melissa Langton, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “Reading is a brilliant way for children to learn and develop their imagination, so we are really pleased that our donation to Countess Wear School will help to supply some exciting new books for their library.”
