We’re thrilled to announce that we will be sponsoring Salford-based Langworthy Reds Amateur Rugby League Football Club’s U13s team for their forthcoming 2015/2016 season.

Our team in Manchester donated £650 to the club, which is based near our Ivy Grange development, to fund the U13s’ full kit, including shirts, socks and shorts.

Mark Gartley, U13s coach at Langworthy Reds ARLFC, comments: “This is a great boost for the team as we head into the 2015/2016 season. At this age, kits get worn out and too small quite quickly, so it is fantastic to have the support of Taylor Wimpey to help with this expense.”

As well as senior mens and ladies teams, Langworthy Reds has 10 squads in its junior and mini divisions, ranging from U6s right up to U16s.

Chloe Dunn, Associate Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Manchester, explains: “When we heard that Langworthy Reds was in need of new kits for its U13s squad, we jumped at the chance to help out.

“The club is a huge part of the Salford community, and with our new Ivy Grange development now taking shape on Weaste Lane, we are thrilled to be on board.”

Mark concludes: “The team love the new kits. They’ll start the new season looking really smart and we are incredibly grateful to Taylor Wimpey for this support.”

Ivy Grange currently features a range of three and four-bedroom homes.
