We are thrilled to announce that we will be supporting the Ribble Valley Jazz Festival for the second consecutive year.

The festival, which takes place over five days between the 28th April and the 2nd May, has received a £500 donation from our Manchester team to fund this year’s Busker Stage.

Geoff Jackson from the festival, says: “It’s great to have the support of Taylor Wimpey for our annual festival once again, as donations of this nature really are integral to the running of the event.

“The event grows year-on-year and, with over 50 bands and 400 musicians performing over the course of the weekend, we’re confident that 2016 will be our best year to date.”

Ribble Valley Jazz Festival welcomes a full range of artists from international jazz musicians to local youth bands. This year there will be a free Saturday street party for the whole community to enjoy, in addition to a Blues stage, a Soul Stage, and a Picnic in the Park.

Chloe Dunn, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, says: “Ribble Valley Jazz Festival is a key calendar date for the whole community, so we’re delighted to be supporting the festival again this year.

“It’s great to see that the festival has grown so much in a year, and to see all of the community spirit that goes into organising the event – no doubt quite a number of our residents will be attending again.”

Ribble Valley Jazz Festival takes place in Clitheroe town centre, just a short distance from our Ribble Meadows development.

Geoff concludes: “I would like to thank Taylor Wimpey again for this help – we really are incredibly grateful.”

There’s a fantastic range of three and four-bedroom homes currently available at Ribble Meadows.
