We provided a £500 cash injection to Montgomery Hall in Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, to fund brand-new large event tables.
Montgomery Hall – which is close to The Wickets development – provides space for a range of community activities, including bingo, dance shows, language classes and social clubs.
Paul Murray, centre coordinator at Montgomery Hall, comments: “We were desperately seeking funds to replace our existing old, broken and even hazardous tables; but as a registered charity we solely rely on support from local businesses.
“I can’t thank Taylor Wimpey enough for this very generous donation, which will benefit the entire Wath-upon-Dearne community. It’s fantastic to be associated with such a thoughtful and helpful company that clearly seeks to make an impact in the areas where it builds.”
Anne Bagshaw, Sales and Marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire, says: “As a local housebuilder it is important to get involved with the local community, as well as building high-quality homes.
“Montgomery Hall offers something for everyone at every life stage, so we’re absolutely delighted to offer our support where we can. We hope the new tables will help to improve the centre’s current offerings to local residents.”
There’s a stunning selection of three and four–bedroom properties currently on sale at The Wickets.
