We teamed up with Waitrose to provide welcome hampers to new residents at our Wichelstowe development in Swindon, Wiltshire.
The first 21 residents who moved into their new home at Wichelstowe between January and June received the hampers which included lots of moving-in day essentials, plus tea and coffee supplies to keep them fuelled for their big move!
Nikki Gibson, Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, says: “We know that moving house can be a stressful time and we always do whatever we can to make sure the transition for our new residents is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
“We hope the new homeowners at Wichelstowe find their moving-in day essentials helpful and we hope the tea and coffee will come in handy when energy levels are running low!”
Simon Adkins, Department Manager at Waitrose Swindon, says: “We are delighted to be able to offer moving-in hampers for the new residents at Wichelstowe.
“We appreciate that moving house can be a busy time so to help ease those challenges for people in this small way is something we really enjoy doing.
“With our store being at the heart of the Wichelstowe development we look forward to continuing our support for new homeowners in the coming years.”
Nikki adds: “We’d like to say a big thank you to Waitrose for helping our new residents at Wichelstowe enjoy a fuss-free and easy move to their brand new Taylor Wimpey homes.”
Wichelstowe currently offers a superb selection of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
