Cleveland-based Redcar Athletic Football Club’s U11s team has invested in brand new tracksuits for the 2015/2016 season, thanks to a £500 donation from our North Yorkshire team.
The club, which is based just a short distance from our Annandale Park development in Skelton-in-Cleveland, has purchased the tracksuits to be used by the players for training and travel.
Dave Marshall, manager of the U11s team at Redcar Athletic Football Club, comments: “We’re incredibly grateful to have the support of Taylor Wimpey for our next season.
“The new tracksuits look fantastic and the boys love them, so we cannot wait to get back into training in the coming weeks.”
Redcar Athletic Football Club is an FA Community Club and currently has a number of junior teams, ranging from U3s right up to U18s, in addition to three senior teams.
Debbie Whittingham, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, says: “It’s great to be partnered with Redcar Athletic Football Club as it’s clear that the club is an integral part of the Cleveland community.
“With our Annandale Park development now taking shape just a short distance from the club, no doubt a number of our residents will be playing for the club when the new season kick starts.”
Dave concludes: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Taylor Wimpey on behalf of the whole club.”
Annandale Park currently features a range of three and four-bedroom houses.
