Holland Junior School in Oxted, Surrey, has received a cracking donation from us to help pay for its big Easter fundraising event.

Our South East team, which is currently building high-quality homes at Meridian Square in nearby Hurst Green, has donated an Easter hamper to the school to support its annual ‘Easter Eggstravaganza’ celebrations!

This is the fourth time we have sponsored the school’s fundraising efforts, after we also made donations to the past two Christmas Cracker Fairs and last year’s Easter event!

This year’s fundraiser, which takes place on Saturday 19th March, will feature an Easter-themed bake-off competition for the pupils to take part in, with our hamper being awarded as one of the prizes.

Terence Sheen, headteacher at Holland Junior School, says: “We are so grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their continued support – it’s fantastic to receive a helping hand with our fundraising, not to mention for the fourth time!

“This is one of our biggest fundraising events throughout the year and their help makes a huge difference – it allows us to raise more much-needed funds for the school and boosts the spirits of everyone involved – so I’d like to say a massive thank you!”

Jason Stokes, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South East, adds: “We are thrilled to be working alongside Holland Junior School again and to help with their Easter Eggstravaganza celebrations for the second time, as we are committed to supporting the communities in which we build our new homes.

“I hope this year is another very successful Easter fundraising event and staff and pupils have lots of fun as well as raise plenty of money for the school.”

There’s a great choice of one and two-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom houses currently available at Meridian Square.
