We have been working with St Elizabeth’s Primary School in Hamilton on a number of projects since construction started at our local Annsfield Farm development early last year.

The most recent of these projects has been to provide the sponsorship for the strips for the school football team, and to host a trip to visit the showhomes at the development for a Primary 6/7 class to help them to complete their ‘homes’ project. One of our suppliers has also provided the school with some garden planters.

Christine Emmett, Deputy Head Teacher at St Elizabeth’s Primary School, said:  “We’re thrilled to have received so much support from Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and their team at the local Annsfield Farm development.  We are so grateful for the general support they have shown to our school community.

“Our young football team is bursting with talent and they’re now the proud owners of new football strips, and we’re delighted to see them looking so smart and professional as they approach every training session and game. Plus our recent visit to the showhomes was really inspiring and we can’t wait to get our children planting up the planters with shrubs and flowers.”

Commenting on the partnership with St Elizabeth’s Primary School, Audrey Ross, Sales and Marketing Director, said:  “Our support to St Elizabeth’s Primary School, through its various strands over the past few months, allows us to play our part in being part of the local community in this area of Hamilton.

“We’re delighted that so many children have been able to benefit from our collaboration with the school and that we’ve been able to help in ways that have made a real difference.”
