A Staffordshire school’s summer fair was given a tasty boost thanks to our North Midlands team.

St. Saviour’s C of E Academy – just a stone’s throw from our Bishops Copse at Mitchell Gardens development off Congleton Road, Talke – held its popular annual summer fair on Friday 7th July.

Our business unit, which has just launched a brand new collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes at the development, donated £150 to the school for a picnic hamper which was raffled off at the event.

Lynn Davis, the Principal of St. Saviour’s C of E Academy, says: “Thank you to Taylor Wimpey for their generous donation.”

The school is currently raising money for outdoor equipment for all pupils throughout the school.

Carl Cooke, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, says: “As a local housebuilder we are committed to supporting the communities in which we build our new homes so we were only too pleased to support St Saviour’s C of E Academy.

“Schools play such an important role in our local communities and we’re glad to hear that the summer fair was a big success!”

There’s a superb selection of three-bedroom homes available at Bishops Copse at Mitchell Gardens.
