We were thrilled to be able to lend a helping hand to eight-year-old dancing star Seren Palfreyman of Mosborough, by providing a cash boost to enable her to train further and take her talent to the next level.
The Rotherham-based dancing sensation recently competed in the Step in Time competition, where she was awarded first place for her age category, in addition to scoring the highest points in the entire classical ballet division.
Seren’s mother Kerry comments: “From the age of just three, Seren decided she wanted a future in dance and has since dedicated her life to it.
“We’re absolutely thrilled with Taylor Wimpey’s support, which will allow Seren to invest in more regular training and new uniforms.”
Seren, who is highly-skilled in ballet, modern and tap dance, was recently accepted into the highly-competitive Elmhurst Dancing School, which her mother describes as a huge milestone in her daughter’s dancing career.
Anne Bagshaw, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire says: “Our High Field Spring home scheme, The Banks, is just around the corner from Seren’s home, so when we heard about her passion for dancing and unbelievable talent, we knew we had to get involved as a local business unit and help her in any way we could.
“We’re delighted to support a local superstar and hope our donation will make Seren’s dreams a reality. She’s such a talented young girl who we believe will go on to compete in national and international competitions in the future. Good luck Seren!”
There’s a superb selection of new three and four-bedroom houses currently available at The Banks.
