As part of our ongoing commitment to working with local communities, our West London team has provided a £500 donation to Little Apples of Bramley Pre-School to improve their outdoor play facilities for the children.

With our donation, the pre-school in Hampshire has been able to resurface their playground, providing a safe area for the children to play on. Previously the play area was made from bark, whereas the new play surface is formed of rubber mulch. This new safety surface has provided a fun environment for the children to ride bikes on,  amongst other activities.

Joanne Whatley, Manager and Principal Inclusion Co-ordinator at Little Apples of Bramley Pre-School, said: “We are very grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their generous donation. At Little Apples of Bramley Pre-School, we encourage outdoor play and an active lifestyle.  The resurfacing of the playground will provide a fun and safe environment for the children to play and ride bikes and with the summer months ahead the playground will be in frequent use by the children.”

Nikki Gibson, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey West London said: “Taylor Wimpey West London is proud to be able to support Little Apples of Bramley Pre-School with funding towards the resurfacing of the playground. It is an honour to be able to give back to the community and it means a great deal to us that we can contribute to improving facilities that will mean children can play outside in a safe and happy environment.”
