“We just loved the master bedroom of the ‘Crofton’ showhome and the fact it had the whole top floor to itself.
“Using Help to Buy was fantastic as it meant we could afford the ‘Crofton’, which was a much bigger house than we would have been able to buy with the deposit we had saved.
“It’s a nice light and airy house and the hall is lovely and wide. We love the kitchen and spend quite a lot of time in there – we have a puppy and she’s always in there too!
“We like the fact that most of the houses on the development have driveways, which means there aren’t lots of cars parked on the roads – it makes a big difference to the development and makes it feel more like a community.
“We’re thinking of having children and there’s a community centre round the corner, a school at the end of the road, and a supermarket and pub close by. There are also parks, footpaths and walks nearby and we like to take our nieces to the park when they visit. It’s a nice area to live.
“The Sales Executives were brilliant. We were desperate to move in and were making weekly phone calls to find out how things were going, but they were always so friendly and happy to help. We really can’t fault their service.
“We also used the solicitors and mortgage brokers Taylor Wimpey recommended and found them very good. They did everything for us – it saved a lot of hassle.”
